I do this by taking on the tedious, repetitive admin to help free up an employee's time, so they can focus on doing what they love. With a vast knowledge of the ‘management’ level requirements of running a successful business, this allows me to fine tune the ‘ground level’ requirements - namely admin tasks.

  • When you first contact me (whether by phone or email), I’ll ask questions about you, your business and the tasks to be completed. I’ll also ask you for an approximation of how many hours you think these tasks might take (or how long these tasks currently take you to complete).

    Based on your answers and your working style, we will setup a suitable process and get to work.

    This may be as simple as a document with instructions, or an in-depth conversation.

    All tasks will be tracked and you will be provided with ongoing updates.

  • All work is done online - I never step foot in your office. I can undertake any task you require, provided I have the skills, information and software (where applicable) available to me online. Training on your individual programs is useful and demonstrates the way you’d like your tasks processed.

    Applications like Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, Google Drive, Teams, Zoom and Skype mean that you’ll barely notice I’m not there next to you.

  • If you’re weighing up the pros and cons, we’d suggest doing a trial run. You can then decide based on results. I often speak to clients who’ve not had much success with overseas VA’s and want someone that they know they can rely on, that speaks their language and understands business in Australia – and that’s important!

  • Yes – this is part of our Service Agreement. It protects you and us and benefits all parties.

  • The cost varies depending on many factors such as the specific tasks required. Based on the time actually spent working on your tasks, I will provide you with a customised quote.

    The Not-So Fine Print

    • The minimum time chargeable per job is 1 hour. Additional time will be invoiced in 15-minute blocks.

    • Emails & general phone calls are included in the rates. Large volume print jobs (e.g. bulk mail-outs) will be outsourced; this will be discussed with the client prior to the job being commenced.

    • Postage, STD/International calls, courier charges & job-specific stationery are additional charges & will be invoiced to the client.

    • Unforeseen extra costs will be discussed with the client prior to being incurred.

    • GST is applicable to all of the above rates.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

    • I guarantee the quality of my work. Should an error occur, it will be corrected at no additional cost to the client. Detailed job revisions or client-initiated alterations will be charged at the standard rate applicable to the job.

    • Administration work is defined as something you would reasonably expect any support person to be able to do. For instance, a support person could probably update the text on your website… but they wouldn’t be able to create custom graphics or complete coding changes.

    • I have a strict 7-day payment term. If payment is not received within the 7 days, you may incur late fees and have your services suspended due to non-payment.
